Own recipe: AUBERGINE AVOCADO CHICKEN LASAGNE

Today I create my own lasagne with no pasta, I think it is a perfect low fat course even for summer season.
Ingredients:
- 2 aubergines
- 1 onion
- 400gr chicken breast
- 2fresh  avocado or 300 gr avocado sauce (it is what I used)
- fresh parsley
- salt, pepper, grinded garlic
- olive oil
- bechamel
- cheese
- 4 leafs of laurel

1.Cook the chicken in water with the laurel and salt, fried the onion in olive oil until it browns, get out the chicken from the water and crush it until is in very little pieces, mix then with the fried onion, the avocado sauce and the cut parsley.
2.Slice the aubergines and grill them with salt pepper and grided garlic
3.place on the a ovenproof plate one layer of aubergine and one of chicken mix totally 4 layers
4.cover with bechamel and cheese to be melt and put into the oven during 5 mins at 230ºC.
