Hot and lazy Sunday

This weekend is being the hottest of this Summer, 37-41ºC so I just want spend my Sunday doing nothing =) sitting at my balcony with an ice cream and jumping into the pool. My poor Bender he is suffering a lot during Summers and he is more lazy than ever.

Este finde esta siendo el mas caluroso de todo el verano, 37-41 grados! solo quiero pasar el sia haciendo el vago =) estando en mi terrecita con un heladito y darme unos chapuzones en la piscina. Mi pobre Bender sufre mucho en verano y ahora esta mas vago que nunca.

Shopping time!

I don´t know if I mention it but being a fashion lover is logically related to be a shopping lover and I am not an exception =)
these are my latest purchases: Zara leather stud brazalet, Funny Watch showing the time by diamonds (I wonder how it works that), finding a leather is taking me long time so when I see this pair in H&M I had not doubt, they are not the best quality but fits pretty nice and cheeeeeaaaaap hehehe, I fell in love with this silver sweater it will be one of my musts for this fall/winter season, a Zara leather bag got from sales, only 29,95 and it was just I wanted! yeaaaaah, the last one is a Zara´s new collection blazer, it is darker than the pic which is perfect for the new season. Have a nice weekend!!!!

Lookbook

For couple of weeks I did a very quick shoot enery morning to myself to show you my working style, the quality is poor I know....=( but is the best I could do by myself sorry! hope you like anyhow

Durante un par de semanas me he estado sacando una foto cada mañana para enseñaros mi "working style", la calidad es penosa lo se =( pero es lo mejor que podia hacer siendo hecha asi misma, espero que os guste de todas formas! =P

Own recipe: AUBERGINE AVOCADO CHICKEN LASAGNE

Today I create my own lasagne with no pasta, I think it is a perfect low fat course even for summer season.
Ingredients:
- 2 aubergines
- 1 onion
- 400gr chicken breast
- 2fresh  avocado or 300 gr avocado sauce (it is what I used)
- fresh parsley
- salt, pepper, grinded garlic
- olive oil
- bechamel
- cheese
- 4 leafs of laurel

1.Cook the chicken in water with the laurel and salt, fried the onion in olive oil until it browns, get out the chicken from the water and crush it until is in very little pieces, mix then with the fried onion, the avocado sauce and the cut parsley.
2.Slice the aubergines and grill them with salt pepper and grided garlic
3.place on the a ovenproof plate one layer of aubergine and one of chicken mix totally 4 layers
4.cover with bechamel and cheese to be melt and put into the oven during 5 mins at 230ºC.

Holidays!

First of all I am so sorry that I have been sooooo lazy to update m blog but you know... summer time started holidays coming, trips and vacation planning got me a little bit busy =P that kind of busy I like hehehe, I have been in Thailand (wonderful or amazing how it is saying their tourism promo adv.) I will post some nice pics which are many many of them.
Currently I am spending my time thinking about what to wear to assist my very first German wedding, they are organizing 3 events, a pre-dinner, the civil ceremony and day after, the church one + gala dinner. so.... I am freaking out!! I gonna just put the pictured shoes, clutchs and dresses into my suitcase and let´s see there, because the other important thing is the unstable wheather there, that´s meaning extra jackets even it is August.... if you guys have any good idea, it would be more than welcome!!!
